Returns & Refunds
I Love Kenai is a print on demand company. All products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply decide the product isn’t for you.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address and information was entered into your order. If a package is lost or damaged in the mail, we invite you to contact the shipping provider.
If your product is printed incorrectly or has a manufacturing defect, you can contact us for a replacement. Be sure to use our contact form on the Contact Page and include a photo of the product so that we can assess the defect.
